Dosti Realty has launched a new brand campaign, “Will You Be My Yellow?”, using the company’s iconic yellow identity to explore the connection between friendship, belonging and the idea of home. The initiative positions yellow as a metaphor for the people who brighten everyday experiences and create a sense of belonging within familiar spaces.
A home defined by its people is the simple premise behind the launch. The campaign asserts that a home is defined not only by its physical space but also by the people who bring warmth, familiarity and meaning to it. A childhood friend, partner, sibling, parent, neighbour or anyone whose presence makes everyday life feel more connected can become someone’s “yellow”. Mr Deepak Goradia – Chairman and Managing Director, Dosti Realty said, “Shared moments and lasting bonds in a home draw true warmth from the people who fill it with life.”
Mr Anuj Goradia – Director, Dosti Realty adds, “A home is more than the walls that hold our memories; it is the people who fill those walls with laughter, comfort, love and belonging.” The campaign extends Dosti Realty’s positioning around homes as spaces for relationships, interaction and shared experiences.

Four developments, one concept
The concept is reflected across four of its developments: Dosti West County, Dosti Eden, Dosti Greater Thane and Dosti 604, each offering a different setting for community and urban living. At Dosti West County, the 105-acre township in Balkum, Thane, the community concept is linked to the scale and diversity of the development. The project includes expansive green spaces, multiple clubhouses, sports and cultural partnerships, and a growing community of families.
The township brings together 2 & 3 BHK homes, senior living and commercial spaces, creating an ecosystem that brings different generations, lifestyles and experiences into the same development. The campaign presents this environment as one where everyday interaction can develop into lasting relationships among residents.
Dosti Eden, located in Brahmand, Thane, takes a more intimate approach. Its green surroundings and quieter setting are positioned as spaces where families can spend time together and develop their own sense of connection and belonging. Dosti Greater Thane extends the community proposition across a larger development. Spread over a 125-acre gated development in Kalher, the project has more than 70% open green spaces, along with extensive amenities, retail, a temple and planned social infrastructure.

For those seeking a vertical urban setting, Dosti 604 rises nearly 170 metres in Wagle Estate, Thane. The development incorporates raised lifestyle spaces including a rooftop sky deck, sky gym, sunset lounge, viewing decks and outdoor experiences. Here, the campaign connects the idea of belonging with the everyday experiences created within high-rise urban living.
Homeownership is often marketed through the lens of architecture, amenities and square footage, yet the emotional weight of a property usually rests on the human connections forged within its walls. In an era where urban density frequently isolates residents, the appeal of a development that explicitly prioritizes social infrastructure is distinct. While the physical infrastructure at these sites—whether the sprawling greenery of a township or the sky decks of a high-rise—provides the backdrop, the sustained value of a residential community relies heavily on the quality of daily interactions. The campaign frames the built environment not as a static structure, but as a facilitator of relationships, suggesting that the true utility of a home is the network of people it helps sustain.
Community living across scales
At its core, “Will You Be My Yellow?” is centred on relationships rather than a physical colour. The campaign focuses on the people individuals turn to during important moments, those whose presence creates comfort and the relationships that can make an unfamiliar or ordinary space feel like home. For Dosti Realty, the campaign links this emotional dimension of homeownership with the environments created across its residential developments. The underlying message is that while a home can be defined by its architecture, amenities and physical spaces, its sense of belonging ultimately comes from the people who live within it.
